Herome Bolisay grew up in the Philippines. He joined Alpha Phi Omega when he was on his 3rd year in the University. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, he moved to Manila to pursue his dream of becoming a professional Chef and for further studies at International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (ISCAHM). After completing the program, he moved to the United States to work for Michelin Star restaurants around the Napa area in California.
When he went for vacation back in Manila he was invited to play in ASAP (a local tv program in the Philippines). ASAP stands for All-Star Sunday Afternoon Party, Philippine television variety show produced under ABS-CBN where he exhibited his talent for singing.
Back in the USA he started to play solo acoustic at Gerry's Grill Cerritos. Opportunities to explore his natural talents for singing and playing musical instruments presented themselves when he started to play in a hotel lobby where he used to work as a Chef. With his undeniable passion and talent for music, people started to contact him to perform during weddings, birthdays and other events.
Leia Maminta Smith grew up in the Philippines. She moved to the US in pursuit of science and completed her PhD in Tumor Cell Biology from Northwestern University. She trained in molecular biology at Washington University in St. Louis, MO and at the National Cancer Institute, Maryland. She worked in academic and biotech organizations and is a still a scientific consultant. To explore her love of photography, she immersed herself in learning more about the history, techniques and business of photography. She is currently the vice president of Seattle Photographic Society. She has earned multiple awards from the Northwest Council of Camera Clubs and Shoreline Arts Festival.
