Eleanor Rosal Thoemke is an up-and-coming 16-year-old singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Poulsbo, Washington. She is of half-Filipino descent and is honored to represent her Filipino heritage in the Arts at Pagdiriwang Philippine Festival 2026.

Eleanor received her first guitar at age seven and soon after began writing her own lyrics and music. Her heartfelt original songs and inventive covers are quickly gaining momentum throughout Kitsap County and beyond.

This past summer, Eleanor opened for Swift Nation, a Taylor Swift tribute band, at a sold-out concert at the Suquamish Clearwater Casino. In August, she released her debut EP, FOURSQUARE, now available on major streaming platforms. Last Fall, she headlined her own show at Live in the Atrium on Bainbridge Island. And in February, she took part in the musical lineup for Local Love Day in the heart of Seattle’s Pike Place Market.

Whether Eleanor is performing with her school choir, playing in her church worship band, or taking the stage at open mics and local venues, she blends indie and pop influences with personal storytelling and uplifting themes. Her music connects with audiences of all ages, offering sincerity, authenticity, and a fresh perspective in the Pacific Northwest music scene.
