It is truly an honor to be invited to exhibit my work in this year’s Pagdiriwang Philippine Festival here in Seattle.

This body of work resonates with the color and vibrancy of places where I have lived-the Philippines, Hawaii and the Washington State.

I am drawn to translate my paintings in the abstract sense, using color and spontaneous mark making. Each painting will produce varied interpretation and perspective with each viewer.

Each painting tells a story. I welcome what story, memory or experience comes to mind from the viewer.
