Jeanne Nicole Perez Lipa recently represented Ilocos Sur and the Filipino Society of Washington State in the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 pageant. Born in Baguio City and raised across Ilocos Sur, Quezon City, Canada, and now residing in Seattle, Washington, Nicole embodies the spirit of a global Filipina rooted in heritage, yet forward-looking in vision.

 

A proud graduate of the University of Washington, she earned her degree in Public Health with a minor in Global Health, graduating with honors. Nicole has also made her mark in the world of fashion, walking in Filipino American Fashion Week, local Seattle shows, and modeling for Casa De Lipa, her brother’s personal brand.

 

Outside of the spotlight, she has served as an Early Childhood Educator, reflecting her deep passion for nurturing future generations. Her advocacy focuses on maternal and neonatal health, championing access to quality prenatal and postnatal care for women in underserved communities.

 

With a heart for service, a mind for health, and a platform rooted in purpose, Nicole continues to be a voice for empowerment, representation, and cultural pride, honoring her roots while inspiring the next generation of Filipino youth.
